Our Purpose

The Middlesex Youth Football League, based in the county of Middlesex, London, is dedicated to providing exceptional football experiences for aspiring young players and supporting local clubs in our community. But we don't want to just stop at supporting local clubs in our community we want to help local charities and companies in our area too.

Our Mission

Our mission is an ambitious one. It is to improve the service we offer to the clubs apart of the Middlesex Youth Football League but also the community we are apart of. We aim to improve year on year, to such a level that we can be regarded as the best grassroots league for young players in not just Middlesex but London as a whole.

2026/27 Season Plan

This season we had an ambitious set of targets we pledged to our clubs. They were the following:

1. Freezing Registrations Fees - to help clubs deal with the current financial challenges we have frozen registration fees for the 3rd season in a row.

2. Partnering with local Charities and Businesses - we have partnered with local businesses to improve the services we offer including events such as our end of season cup finals.

3. New Player Welfare Plan - to provide a better experience for the young people that play in our league we introduced a player welfare plan. This season we will go further and stronger.

4. New Referee Plan - to attract a greater pool of referees to our league by integrating ourselves more into the local community as well as sponsoring referees.

5. Tougher on Rule Breaking - to improve the fairness and running of the league we have introduced a fines and a disciplinary officer as part of our core committee.
